Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the styles purchased are not to your satisfaction; our photos aim to demonstrate the products as closely as possible to what you will receive.  Our policy does not permit any returns or style exchanges. Please check your order before payment,

Exchanges

We do offer size exchanges for our customers. Please note that only one time  exchange will be accepted per item.

Customers have 7 days from the date they receive their order to request a size exchange
**switching to other styles is not accepted under our exchange policy**

Please contact us via email through our website. Our BLANK Support Team Member will guide you through the process.
Important:

  1. No returns will be accepted without prior confirmation from a BLANK Support Team Member. A return case will be created and logged once your request is understood and approved.
  2. All items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any dirt, cosmetic stains or damage, with the original tags attached and in their original packaging. Returned products are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not comply with our return policy.
  3. We will not accept any returns if dirt or cosmetic stains are found on the items, or if the products are damaged. Customers will need to bear all shipping costs for returns to and from our warehouse, and a US$100 handling charge would be implied.
  4. All discounted items, as well as Select/Final Sale items (items with discounted prices before a promo code is applied) and those using special promotion codes, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  5. All exchanges are subjected to stock availability, BLANK reserves the right for the final decision

Exchanges Shipping

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. We do not offer exchanges for orders other than those confirmed by our Support Team Member.

The handling duration for exchanges will take 2-3 weeks to send out the new item after the initial product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the exchange criteria.
